As a Junior BIM CDE Specialist, you will join our HVDC team, supporting digital project delivery across global operations. You will work with Building Information Models and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms to enable structured, efficient information management for complex engineering projects. This role offers the opportunity to learn from senior colleagues and grow your technical and coordination skills.

This role is based in Västerås or Ludvika, Sweden.

How you’ll make an impact

• Structure and maintain the project’s Common Data Environment (ACC) according to engineering and site requirements.
• Organize and oversee all project data, files, and documents within ACC.
• Ensure project teams follow established communication, delivery, and publishing processes.
• Verify that engineering deliveries meet required formats, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely information flow.
• Manage user access in ACC, including granting, updating, and revoking permissions.
• Support onboarding by guiding new team members on ACC workflows and expectations.
• Maintain data integrity and manage electronic information exchange within ACC.
• Serve as the primary contact for ACC‑related issues across engineering, construction, and external partners.
• Prepare regular progress updates and reports on document status and ACC activity for management.

Your background

• Degree (or ongoing) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• Basic understanding of BIM processes and digital engineering.
• Knowledge or eager to learn more of CDEs such as ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIM360, Xecm, and Project wise.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Structured, eager to learn, and interested in digital workflows.
